Learners who meet the programme requirements will leave with practical evidence of their work: a project portfolio, a mentor reference and a published record of the projects a mentor signed off. Tell us the role you are hiring for and we will contact you as suitable learners become available.

A reviewed record of the work
Each published project will have been reviewed one to one and signed off by a mentor. The full log stays private, and the learner can release it to you on request.
Apprenticeship option
Once placements open, you will be able to host a learner on a structured placement before you commit to a hire.

Meet your lead instructor
John K — Founder & Lead Instructor, Elimu Sasa School
John brings hands-on business experience into the classroom. Through Mamba Technologies, his Nairobi-based digital agency, he has built more than 80 websites for schools, hospitals, microfinance institutions and small businesses. He understands what it takes to turn an idea into a working solution—and teaches learners to do the same.
For more than five years, John has also helped high school teachers integrate technology into teaching and learning. At Elimu Sasa School, he brings these two worlds together: practical digital skills and teaching that helps you put them to work. His focus is clear: build real projects, understand your decisions, and leave with work you can confidently show an employer or client.
John holds an IBA in Accounting & IT from USIU-Africa and an MBA from Kenyatta University. He is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

No. Both tracks start from the basics and are built for people changing direction. What you do need is time each week to build.
All classes are live online. Part-time cohorts run outside working hours, full-time cohorts are heavier and finish sooner. Exact hours are on each course page.
Yes. One named mentor, one scheduled review of your own work every week, for the length of the course.
The refunds and withdrawals policy is published in full on the legal page. Talk to admissions early and we will look at deferring you instead.
