Elimu Sasa

Demand-driven talent. Job-ready skills. Lower hiring risk.

Elimu Sasa connects employers and job seekers through practical, employer-aligned training and verified employability scores.

Currently running pilot cohorts with Kenyan employers.

Designed around real manpower demand.

Elimu Sasa is built from the ground up with employers at the centre. Every skill taught, every project assigned, and every assessment designed reflects real-world job expectations. The result is talent prepared for the roles companies are actively hiring for.

The Elimu Sasa Solution

1️⃣ Employers define demand

We start with real manpower needs — not assumptions — and build from there.

2️⃣ Role-based training, not generic courses

Each pathway is designed around specific job functions and employer-identified gaps.

3️⃣ Learners prove skills through real work

Projects, simulations, and practical assessments replace guesswork.

4️⃣ Candidates are ranked before review

Employers see verified, role-specific Employability Scores — not just CVs.

The Problem

1️⃣ CVs don’t prove performance

Candidates can list skills and qualifications, but employers rarely see real evidence of what they can actually do.

2️⃣ Entry-level hiring is risky

New hires often require retraining, close supervision, and still carry uncertainty in their first months.

3️⃣ Training rarely matches real jobs

Many programs teach theory or generic skills without alignment to specific employer requirements.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1
Employers define demand

Employers share the roles they need, the skills that matter, and the kind of candidate they trust.

STEP 2
Role pathways are built from that demand

We design short, practical training pathways aligned to real job requirements — not generic courses.

STEP 3
Learners train and prove skills through real work

Learners complete projects, simulations, and practical assessments that reflect real job tasks.

STEP 4
Employability Scores are generated

Candidates are ranked using verified performance, reliability, and role-specific competence — not CV claims.

STEP 5
Employers review, interview, and hire

Employers access shortlisted profiles, review proof of work, and hire with lower risk.
