Legal & Trust Centre
Learning works best when expectations are clear.
Elimu Sasa's Legal & Trust Centre explains how we protect personal information, how our courses work, what learners can expect from us, and the standards that help keep our learning community safe, fair and professional.
Plain English where possible. Serious protection where it matters.

How we look after information
Collect what we need. Protect what we hold.
We ask only for the information we need to run admissions, teach, assess and support you. We keep it for a defined period rather than indefinitely, limit who can see it, and keep a person responsible for important decisions about you.
- Marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
- Course and service messages stay separate from marketing.
- Your testimonial, photo or voice is used in marketing only with separate permission.
- Optional cookies run only after you agree.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information.
If something does not feel right, tell us.
You do not need to know which policy applies before contacting us. We handle concerns with reasonable confidentiality, and nobody is penalised for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
