FAQs
Everything people ask before enrolling
Grouped by topic. If your question is not here, call the admissions desk and we will answer it straight.
Applying and getting in
No. Both tracks start from the basics and are built for people changing direction. You need a laptop, a reliable connection, and real time each week to build.
Three short steps online: your details, the course and payment plan you want, then review and send. An advisor replies within one working day.
Applications are open. The next AI-Assisted No-Code WordPress Website Development cohort starts on 1 December 2026. New intakes run approximately every two months. For other courses, contact admissions for the next available cohort.
No exam and no coding test. The advisor call is a conversation about fit, not an assessment.
Yes, up to the end of week one. Since all courses are the same published price, the fee carries over.
How the learning works
Live, with an instructor you can interrupt. Every session is recorded so you can go back over it, but nothing is self-paced.
Around twelve hours part-time, including your own build time. Full-time cohorts are heavier and finish sooner.
One named mentor for the whole course and a booked forty-minute review of your own work every week, with written notes kept on your account.
Watch the recording and tell your mentor. Miss too much and we would rather defer you than let you fall behind.
Capped deliberately so mentors can give everyone a real weekly review. Ask your advisor for the cap on your intake.
Fees and payment
AI-Assisted No-Code WordPress Website Development is KES 59,500, paid in full or in two instalments. Fees for other programmes are being finalised. Please contact admissions for current information.
Yes. For the WordPress course: KES 30,000 before onboarding and KES 29,500 before Week 4. Admissions confirms the options for other courses. No interest and no credit checks.
M-Pesa, card, and bank transfer, once your place is offered. Companies and sponsors can be invoiced; just tell admissions.
The refunds and withdrawals policy is published in full on the legal page. Talk to admissions early and we will look at deferring you first.
Yes. Gift a Course lets a parent, relative, or employer pay and send you a code you redeem at enrolment.
Certificates and outcomes
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Learners who meet the programme requirements will leave with practical evidence of their work, including reviewed projects and a mentor reference. Where we can, we will introduce learners to employers, but no job, client or income is guaranteed.
Learners who meet the assessment requirements receive a competency-based certificate that links to the projects behind it, a portfolio page, and the written feedback their mentor gave. Paying the fee does not by itself guarantee certification.
Employers care about the work it points at. That is why the certificate links to your projects rather than sitting on its own.
The courses include pricing and proposal work, and mentors review your first real quotes. We do not take a cut of anything you earn.
For companies
Yes. Corporate training is short live online workshops built on your own processes. Workforce training is for twenty people and up, staged over months.
A fixed quote per engagement, invoiced to the company. No per-head surprises added afterwards.
We are preparing a structured, mentor-supervised placement option. Once it opens, learners who meet the programme requirements can be placed with you before you commit to hiring. Contact us to register interest.
Tell us the role. As learners complete the programme requirements, we will send a shortlist with links to their actual project work, not a pile of CVs.
Still have a question?
Twenty minutes with an advisor covers more than any FAQ page. If the course is wrong for you, they will say so.
