How to get a place, start to finish

Every course is live online with an instructor. No entrance exam and no coding test. We want to know what you want to do next and whether the schedule is realistic for you. Most people go from application to first class in under a week.

  • No entrance exam
  • Advisor call before you commit
  • Under a week, typically

What happens after you hit send

Step 1 . Takes about 10 minutes

Send the application

Three short steps online: your details, the course and payment plan you want, then review and send. Ten minutes, no documents needed yet.

Step 2 . Reply within 1 working day

We read it and reply

An advisor checks the course matches what you want to do and flags anything about the schedule that looks unrealistic.

Step 3 . 20 minutes

Advisor call

A short call to talk through the weekly workload, the mentor arrangement, and which payment plan suits your situation.

Step 4 . After your offer

Confirm your place

If we offer you a place, admissions confirms your cohort, fee and payment plan. Your place is confirmed after your application has been approved and the required payment has cleared (or an approved sponsorship arrangement has been recorded). Submitting the application form starts an application; it does not create access to the learning platform.

Step 5 . 2 to 3 days before class

Onboarding and first project

Your mentor introduces themselves and books your first one to one. You get platform access, cohort dates, and the week one brief.

What you need, and what you do not

The bar is time and intent, not credentials.

  • A working laptop and a way to get online reliably
  • Enough English to follow written briefs and reviews
  • Real time each week to build, not just attend
  • A national ID or passport for your certificate record

What you do not need

No coding test and no entrance exam. No degree or prior tech qualification. No portfolio to show us before you start.

Documents when you confirm your place

National ID or passport, a photo is fine. Your M-Pesa number if you are paying that way. An employer letter, only if your company is paying.

Apply, then talk, then pay

Best if you are still weighing up tracks or payment plans. Nothing is charged until an advisor has confirmed the course fits.

  • Three-step form online
  • Advisor call before you commit
  • Payment link after your place is confirmed
If you know what you want

Apply for your chosen course

Apply for your preferred programme. Our admissions team will review your application, confirm the available cohort and guide you through payment and onboarding.

  • Apply from the course you have chosen
  • M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer once your place is offered
  • Onboarding after payment or sponsorship is confirmed

The ones we get most

Applications are open. The next AI-Assisted No-Code WordPress Website Development cohort starts on 1 December 2026. New intakes run approximately every two months. For other courses, contact admissions for the next available cohort. All classes are live online.

Yes, up to the end of week one. Talk to your advisor and we move you to the other cohort with no extra fee.

We cap cohorts deliberately so mentors can give every learner a real weekly review. Ask your advisor for the cap on the cohort you are joining.

Yes. Tell admissions and we send a proper invoice with your company details on it.

Sessions are recorded and your mentor works around a missed week where they can. Miss too much and we would rather defer you to the next cohort than let you fall behind.

Ready when you are

Start the application, or talk to an advisor first. Either way nothing is charged until your place is confirmed.
