Share What You Know. Shape What Comes Next.

At Elimu Sasa School, we believe some of the best learning happens when experienced people share what they have learned by actually doing the work.

Join a growing community of instructors, educators, entrepreneurs and industry practitioners helping learners develop practical, relevant skills for today’s world of work and business.

Our philosophy

Learn by Doing Starts with People Who Do

Our philosophy is simple: Learn by Doing.

We want learners to be taught not only what something is, but how to actually do it.

  • Learn digital marketing from people who have managed real campaigns.
  • Learn entrepreneurship from people who understand the realities of building businesses.
  • Learn AI from practitioners who actually use AI tools.
  • Learn web development from people who build websites.
  • Learn finance from people who work with real numbers, organisations and decisions.

At Elimu Sasa School, industry experience belongs in the classroom.

Teach or mentor

Teach. Mentor. Or Do Both.

There is more than one way to share what experience has taught you.

Who we look for

What Makes a Great Elimu Sasa Instructor?

01

Experienced

You have done the work yourself, and you have results and lessons to show for it.

02

Practical

You teach through demonstrations, real examples and hands-on tasks.

03

Generous with Knowledge

You enjoy sharing what you know, including the mistakes that taught you most.

04

Curious

You keep learning, and you stay current as your field changes.

05

Professional

You are prepared, reliable and respectful of learners’ time.

06

Human

You are patient and approachable, and you remember what it was like to be a beginner.

The question we ask

What Could You Teach Someone to Do?

One of the most important questions we ask prospective instructors isn’t simply:

“What subjects do you know?”

We want to know:

“What could someone learn to DO because you taught them?”

  • Build a website.
  • Analyse business data.
  • Launch a digital campaign.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Use AI productively.
  • Start a business.
  • Manage a project.
  • Design a brand.
  • Improve a sales process.

If you have a good answer, we’d like to meet you.

Flexible teaching

Teach Alongside the Work You Already Do

The best people to learn from are often still doing the work. Depending on the programme, you may be able to teach live online, in person or in a hybrid format, in part-time, evening, weekend or masterclass sessions.

  • Teach live and interactively: demonstrate, discuss and give feedback in real time
  • Reach learners in different towns, counties and countries
  • Keep your career or business running while you teach
